The annual meeting offers three hotels in three different price levels:

Dead Sea Accommodation | 22-23 September 2022
We will spend the last night of the annual meeting at one of these two hotels overlooking the Dead Sea.
On Friday, September 23rd, we will provide all the participants with transportation from the Dead Sea hotels to Ben-Gurion International Airport, or back to Tel Aviv.

Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Kaleidoscope offices to Karin@kldltd.com
COVID-19
Participants who will be found positive for COVID-19 in the days prior to the annual meeting and thus will not be able to travel will be fully refunded (upon presentation of medical verification).
Cancellation for any other reason
Cancel by Aug. 4 - Full refund
Cancel between Aug. 5 and Aug. 19 - 50% refund
Cancel between Aug. 20 and Aug. 27 - 25% refund
No refund for cancellation after Aug. 28th.
